Hi,

Please a question: how can I sync the school point on the app (on iphone)? Despite the different assigned points, the one shown on every publisher is always n. 1.

Hello!

Backing up the database to DropBox > Deleting the application > Re-installing > Re-sync from DropBox resolved the issue for me.

Hello, thanks for sharing your experience. I'm sure everything will be alright. First of all, you should check whether the internet connection is on. If it's ok then you should address to support center, I would do so. When I have some problems I  ask others for a help and my problems will be solved in several hours.
