Sergiu,

Please make sure you have updated to version 2018.12.0.

Additionally, you can use the latest S-89 form dated 10/18.  The trick is that when you convert the PDF file from JW.org to jpeg, make sure that you use the right resolution settings.  (400dpi resolved this issue for us.)

On MacOS, the default Preview app lets you do this easily.  For those who need use a different OS and need a converter, there is an excellent web-based solution that's free:

Don't worry about it! I s just wondering if you had software on hand. I have no problem with English, but I get questions about many languages. Then at least in early stages, different branches had different versions for same language. Italian from Italy didn't work, but our Italian did... So overr time did some tweaking here and there.

Sleep well (I am trying to wake up, not easy today ;))

@ Marc - Sorry for the terrible grammar and misspelling.  It's late here and my brain is shutting down.  It should have read:

Hi Marc,

I got the suggestion from another user on these forums. I used the default "Preview" app that comes built into MacOS.

However, the following web-based program will convert PDF to JPEG at up to 2400 dpi for free: https://pdftojpg.me/  (The 300dpi limit is only for PDF's greater than 100 pages long.)

@Andres, this forum has often referred.o a conversion site, but that one Ives yo 300 DPI as max. Since DPI is definitely o influence, I wonder where you can get higher dpi's. Like to hear...
