Last year I had sent you the s-89 4up form as a zip and you had been able to send me back a version that worked on theocbase. Do you think you could try with this one too? I'll work on it later, unfortunately it is not possible now. Find attached the one you sent earlier, and which I renamed. For me it only worked after renaming...

I have the same. But change the name to S-89_mu-M.jpg and it works. (do not mix hyphens and underscores -_) I don't know why, I think the code does not recognise the Mlt bit or whatever.

Sorry to bother you again, but I am having a problem with the new S-89 slips in Romainian.

I have tried to convert the pdf document to jpg with pdf2jpg.net as you suggested a year ago, but I get the following error message when I try to print the slips:

Box cout for this template is incorrect

Expected 4 text boxes but have 26

Expected 10 check boxes but have 10

What do you think the problem is? Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks. The originals are just a litle bit too unclear for TB to recognise I think. You can always try to do a pdf > jpg conversion externally (e.g. pdf2jpg.net, choose 300 dpi) to see if that works.

Anyway, I played around with those a bit, and this one came out, which works for me. Hope it does for you as well. Changed the layout a bit as well.

I changed the language code, or it wil get confused with the existing one. You can change it back after you remove the existing form, or leave it as it is.
