After I have updated Theocbase (Windows 7 x64) to version 2020.06.0 it does not start with error api-ms-win-core-winrt-string-l1-1-0.dll missing.
Please, fix this issue
Generally it would be wise to discontinue using Win7. Expecially if you have a 64-bit computer, upgrading to Windows 10 is quite easy and probably still free. Microsoft not only stopped maintenance but also support for Win7. If an app developer still supports it, we are just lukcky, but it can not really be expected.

Thank you very much. After I've installed Theocbase 2020.06 on other PC and copied files api-win-... to my, program on my PC begin to work properly
The quickest way to fix this is probably here, rather than wait for the version to be updated, I think.. You download the file and put it into the appropriate folder.
