A brother was just appointed a ministerial servant. I was able to click the box to make him a servant, but I am unable to check any of the boxes that let him give new parts like living as Christians. I am the administrator.
'Administrator' is an 'empty' function. It let's you assign roles. that is it. It does not include those roles.
This means you have to also assign roles to yourself before you can do anything substantial. The Help file specifies which roles are needed to do what, but honestly I'd just try around. My best guess now is COBE, but assuming all roles will definitely work (and you being the admin, there is no one that could take them away...)
