I want to find out if there is a standard scheduling template for the mid-week meetings that can be edited to accommodate the title of the circuit overseer's introduction talk.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but you want to display the CO midweek talk on the printed output?
First you must define the week as CO week if you haven't done so. (Settings - Exceptions - Choose CO visit from dropdown, and make sure selected start and end date is Monday and Sunday respectively. Click +
You will now see the adapted schedule in the UI, and print templates have been set up to understand this exception and know what to print.
In the UI, click the stylus next to the "CO Talk" and the assignment window will open, just like any other assignment. The bold print 'CO Talk' can be edited to display the actual title of the talk, which will then be in the printed output.
