during corona pandemic the assignments can not be given by paper to the students.
So , I take screenshots of the Aufgabenzettel, cut out each assignment and send it by email to the student.
Can this be automated? And give a choice to print it on paper or send it by mail?
Send an Aufgabenzettel by mail would be a good time saving method,

Why cut them.out instead of using the single S89?
And for what reason do you not use the email function?
But since email is not very practical to most people, what I do: I open WhatsApp on the computer and use the copy function in the assignment to send.
Now that is not automated, but it takes less than 5 mins per month. Handing out the forms in the KH takes longer, with more chance someone isn't there, so I dont think I'll ever go back to paper assignments ;-)
