I'm just setting up my Theocbase and having trouble in the reminders settings. I keep getting an error when sending reminder emails. I'm working with the MAC version of Theocbase. Any suggestions?

It can be a bit of a hassle. I know there is at least one user who posted on the forum that he does not use 2step authentication, but this requires (for Gmail) to allow unsafe applications. It is a choice. Maybe choosing the less safe settings wouldn't even be a big issue if you use a dedicated mail address, that you can drop if necessary.

You got it working before I saw this, but for anyone reading this: honestly I am not sure about the Outlook account, not even if it can (still) be made to work with TB. I also do not have such account myself to test that.
I do know that the 2FA is something which is required on the Google side, not on the TB side.
