For editing templates I like to use http://brackets.io/
Essentially the same as the other one.
Define a custom template folder (see picture).
Put the pdf from the branch into that folder.
Open TheocBase (close first if necessary). If you go to printing it will do a couple of conversions and you should be good to go.
