Since the updates for 2021 started, I've been exsperancing an issue with the sync'd data getting corrupted when someone else sync's to the cloud. The congregation has been using a common account for the elders and MS to use. Since the problem started i had no way to see who had logged in last and may have created the problem. Is there some way to see who has logged in last if everyone is forced to use there own dropbox account instead of one common account?

I thought I had fixed the problem by deleating the cloud data and resyncing but the problem has come back. Tried this 4+ times

Thank You for hard work

In the database (theocbase.sqlite file) there is an entry for the one who last synced, and that would be an e-mail address. So if each would use their own Dropbox (if they are willing to set up one), yes there would be a way to know who synced last. But honestly, there could be one or more between the time your last synced and the last sync.

Or course each using their own account helps assign roles that may restrict what everyone can do. This probably helps, but I could still make a mess of the things I am able to edit.

Practically: if you know you have a database which is OK, you can ask everyone to delete their database, remove the syncfile in Dropbox, create a new one from your database, send your own database to everyone in the mail, ask them to put that in place (the right place...) and ONLY when everyone is done (make sure they are), allow them to connect to Dropbox again. This will make sure each is more or less literally on the same page.

If you need help cleaning up you database, just let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

For accessing the database my personal preference is
