Thanks first for all the hard work!
The Theocbase program allows only the Chairman to be assigned for the new discussion part in the section "Apply Yourself to the Ministry". See the part on March 22nd "Increase Your Joy in the Ministry- Ask Questions"
However, the instructions for the Life and Ministry Meeting says under point 6: "A times, a discussion of a video other than a sample presentation will be scheduled. Such a part is to be handled by an Elder or a qualified Ministerial Servant".
So, would it be possible to arrange this , because now we cannot schedule the other brothers.

Zorg dat de betreffende items gedefinieerd zijn als 'Overig aandeel met video' (je kunt dat veld dubbelklikken en de juiste waarde uit de dropdown kiezen) én dat in de personentabel de broeders die voor dit aandeel beschikbaar zijn, als zodanig zijn gemarkeerd.
