I have a question. Can I somehow change the text I send to publishers about an assignment at a congregation meeting?
It seems to me that the text looks a little dry and I would like to make it more attractive and kind.
Can I change some config file for this? (We are talking about the computer- and Android-version.

It would be incredibly useful if those email reminder messages were strored within the database. That would allow them to be modified by each user if they wanted to, but not a requirement.
When you click forward message from TheocBase to WhatsApp, before sending you can edit the text, or you can edit after you copy/paste the text using TheocBase PC. However, what you cannot do is leave these changes as default, and you will have to do them on each assignment one by one (this gets tiresome). If you are going to use email notification, just double click on the message and edit one by one as well. I hope that one day we will have an option to edit the default message.
This text is buried somewhere deep in the software, where users can't change it...
