Hi!

I followed this istructions

https://www.theocbase.net/support-forum/post/8741-modulo-assegnazione-s-89.html#:~:text=1.%20Download%20S,do%20a%20conversion.

When I click on print in TB I see the conversion popup, but the s89 model is not printed. (screen attached)

Thank you

I undestand how to resolve.

I modified the template folder on TB (the original folder in C:/Program Files/TheocBase/templates can't host the convertion because it needed do the permission like administrator)

I created a new temporary folder. I make the convertion of nwe jw pdf file in jpg file. After I moved the jpg in 'original' folder. So I restored the original folder in TB.

It works!!

No, I dont see a convertion, but I have put in the folder a jpg file of a previous s-89.

I used pdf2jpg.net to convert the new jw pdf file in jpg file, but now the problem is the margins of print.

It would be nice to use the new model of jw, but i don't know the right margins of print.

So you see a conversion, right?

I was not always possible to have that personal folder to be the 'official' TB template folder. So It may work if you define another folder.

I saw your addiitonal comment coming in. Yes, it is always possible to do a conversion externally. Like on pdf2jpg.net. And then put the jpg there.

I resolved putting on the folder files jpg tha I had previously saved.

Remains the problem that does not happens the convertion between pdf file and jpg file.

However, for this moment it is ok.

I verified that TB sees in the right folder (in my case C:/Program Files/TheocBase/templates). It is the same folder which contains the pdf file (I tried both files: file downloaded on jw.org and file found on the forum). The problem is that after the convertion if I watch in the folder there isn't the jpg file, but I find the pdf file only. I don't understand why.

It looks like the file is not in the folder that TB is looking.

So put the file in the folder that TB is looking, or tell TB to look in another folder.

If the file itself is the problem (but I don't think so), then go to the same thread you found the instructions and a few posts up, find new files.
