Hi guys,

Does anybody know if there is a user guide that exists for Theocbase? I keep looking for one but can't find anything. If not, would it be something to think about creating for dinosaurs like myself.

That would be wonderful to have, wouldn't it?

There are some help documents stuffed away here and there on this site in the support forum. But no difinitive user guide :(

We do have a few energetic members on the forums. Maybe together we could create something.

I've been thinking of working on one. more time comsuming then hard. Just havnt figured out all of it yet. Maybe start with the areas most have problems with. Alot of it seems to have been designed for more of a visually intuative work flow, just has a few hitches in the getup, that can throw you.

That would be awesome Dave. What we need is to convince a teenager with all the time in the world to help!

Unfortunately what few teenagers we had in the area are now back in school and actually have something to do. But I have given this some thought and have come up with an outline for a user's guide/manual. If a handful would take a section, it would not take all that long to finish up. We could proofread each other's work and add what the others left out or forgot to add. I use LibreOffice which is free and works, we will need to all use a common program or just send the sections in as text and let one person do all of the formattings.

In the pdf I have attached you will see what i have come up with so far, I have incorporated the programs icons to try and maintain some form of consistency. This is lacking a lot at this point, and I'mlooking for more input.

Started with the installation section. Since I use Linux I was able to add a little bit more
