Good morning to all the staff.

I experienced an issue since the last update in the desktop version 2016.12.0 The cloud does not synchronize with the Android app version ... giving a conflict message ... and this on multiple devices. Attached are photos of the error ...

Boa Tarde sou do Brasil, e estamos usando este ótimo aplicativo, pena que agora estamos travados pois não atualiza mais...."Version Conflict: aparece sempre.

I am having the problem on the Windows 10 Mobile version of the app.

I had the exact same thing.

The error is (sort of) telling you there is an updated mobile app...

Update the app on your Android device. Even if it was set to update automatically it doesn't seem to do so.

After installing the new app I got tons of error messages. Hit OK to all of them until they stop. Then go to the app settings and grant write rights to the app.

This should be fine then.

As for Windows 10, I am not 100% sure, but I'd reckon there is an update for mobile available as well
