Is it possible to diasble emails sent to assistants of the student assignments?

Either that or we need to look at how the assistent email presents itself since i have had at least 5 occasions where both publishers had made the assignment for the meeting because they thought it was theirs.

Maybe to clearly in the subject let people know that they are assisting-  it's not clearly enough as it is right now.

Or - if possible just a feature to disable emails to assistants all together.

The message itself is quite clear: it says Assignment: Assistant to....

If you do not want to send those, you can easily untick the individual send boxes before sending.

Or alternatively change the message in the "message section". Removing the source material will probably do.

Of course you would have to disable the "Send when exiting Theocbase" option. But that is a good thing anyway, since you open Theocbase a number of times a week, and you would not want emails to be sent accidentally.

For accessing the database my personal preference is http://sqlitebrowser.org/

For editing templates I like to use http://brackets.io/

See attachment.

There are basically 2 solutions, depending on you answer to the question: do assistants need reminder e-mails?

If no, untick the check boxes within the green area, in case assignment is to assistant. The mail will not be sent.

If yes, double click in the red area. that particular message will be opened and can be adjusted, just the way you like it. You can test it by temporarily giving your own e-mail address to an assistant.
