I'm trying to log in with my account on windows (notebook), android (smartphone) and iOS (ipad pro 10.5) and get the same message: "O Acesso Falhou" (in portuguese) - something as "Access Has Failed".

Does anyone know what's going on?

I cannot login in to the cloud either. I am using a Mac. I thought that maybe I had the wrong password but when I went to reset it, it says my email is not recognised.
Please help asap as I am leaving the congregation and want to hand over to a new brother.
