Dear brothers, thank you for the work you do to develop this program, I'm still learning how to use it and I appreciate it a lot. However I have a problem with spreadsheet printing templates: they are not displayed correctly. 2017-LM-WORKSHEET.HTM only displays the biblical reading while the other models do not allow to display anything. Do you have an idea to solve? Thanks in advance for the help.

I am not sure about why you mention spreadsheet.

But I cannot repeat your issue. How do you mean, displays only Bible Reading? The parts from the Ministry section are not shown? Have they been assigned? Do you see anything, like code e.g.?

Go to settings, LMM meeting, tab schedule.

I changed my screen to Italian and put it in the picture. 
You have to make sure that the meeting items in the first column are defined correctly.
I think where I put the Question Mark, you may have the wrong value, but you will have to check all values in that column.
Double click the cell with a wrong value and correct it, by choosing the correct value from the dropdown list.

Additionally in the table under tab Principale, you may have to change the mappings for the various meeting items. (Fields in the 2nd column are clickable, choose correct value from dropdown)

The output of the templates not being correct, probably has to do with a test done within the template. If the definition in the programme is faulty, so will the output be.

Thanks for the reply. I will follow your suggestions. But now I have a new problem. I do not understand why but without noticing when i start TB asked to insert user and password. I enter my credentials but they are not correct. I've also tried to uninstall and install TB again but it's useless. How can I recover credentials? Thanks again for the help.

If TB asks for password right on access, you should not enter your cloud login.

In TB you have

Cloud login
Forum login
Programme login

By way of repetition: imho there is no reason at all to restrict access to TB itself, since most of the time access to your desktop computer account is already restricted. It only leads to trouble, like this one. I know, I had it myself...

However I can not print the worksheet ... and everything seems OK to me.

The earlier trouble month you showed was April. Now we are working in May. Same issue? 
Make sure when printing, you select the correct dates.

(in the schedule, you can highlight the row with 'Vita Cristiana terze parte' and delete it (the lowest minus sign))

If it doesn't work, maybe we can set up a TeamViewer meeting, or you send me your database. (You may PM me)

Actually I'm still testing TB to see if it's suitable for my needs.

I only plan the section that concerns the students as I am not the coordinator.

The same problem also occurs in the month of May.

I made sure that during the printing the dates were correct and I also tried to delete the parts in the program that do not need to be programmed.

Unfortunately it does not work yet ... which file should I send to you for verification?

After my request for the database, I thought maybe I must send you the templates first. Maybe the template is different.
The 2018 worksheets are empty if I use them, I do not know why.
My 2017 worksheet works all right, though. I do not understand where the difference comes from.

See the 2017 worksheet I have attached.
It needs to go into the C:\Program Files\TheocBase\templates folder.
Maybe you should change the name of the existing file first.
