Hello

I have the new version installed. Unfortunately I'm not able anymore to edit the permissons for the publishers. I refer to the section

Midweek Meeting -> yellow box, the permissons for the seamos mejores maestros (spanish)

Doesn't matter if it's a sister or a brother, I'm not able to edit the checkboxes.

What can I do?

Best Regards

Alex

How was this resolved? I'm having the same issue and I have myself checked as administrator.
Thanks in advance!

Check your permissions in Accesss Control first.

For accessing the database my personal preference is http://sqlitebrowser.org/

For editing templates I like to use http://brackets.io/

Ufff, I'm sorry. I guess I was too tired ... of course, that's the solution. Thanks!

Maybe I am too stupid, but I cannot enable the checkboxes too. Even if I start as administrator. Database is located in Appdata folder. I have to set permissions manually in the database by modifying the "usefor" field of table "persons". It is a bitmask. Used SQLite Browser. Copying the permissions of another person is the easiest way.

Matthias, I am not sure what exactly you mean by "even if I start as administrator". I think we are talking different things here.

When I told Alexa to check Access Control, I did not mean Windows. I meant TB: Settings - Access Control. If you want to set what parts publishers can take, you need to have the correct permissions within TB. Check the help file to see which ones you exactly need, but if you have a choice, just tick all of them...

Brad, Administrator is not enough. To edit LMM meeting, you need at least LMM Overseer's access. To avoid issues if you are the administrator anyway, give yourself all possible rights. Then see what you can do. Or not...

BTW: 'how was this solved?' See Alexa's comment up

Thanks. All rights worked. I had given myself elder, Admin, LMM overseer and coordinator. Seemed to be not enough.
