Hello dear brothers,

I wanted to re-read the March/April workbook due to the display problems that I had. I deleted all March and April weeks via the SQLite database and then synchronized it again to the cloud in the desktop program. Then I re-uploaded the workbook and suddenly the names – I thought were all deleted – are there again. Also, almost all the lines are now duplicated. How can I basically clean up these two months on all devices?

The assignments are in a different table. So if you reimport the workbook, those assignment records have records connected to them again, though not necessarily correctly.

OK, so a few things:

You already went into the database. Do this again (you may keep a print of the assignments for future reference)
Delete all records with dates in March and April 2021 ( [EDIT] you can use a date filter) from the tables lmm_schedule_assist, lmm_assignments, lmm_schedule and lmm_meeting.

Reimport and reassign (possibly based on the assignments you still have)

Now there is an issue with Chinese workbooks (honestly it is difficult for me to distinguish between the various Chinese editions), where the Closing Comments are imported as if they were a part in the Living as Christians section.

To fix that (this is causing display issues, see earlier post about this) within TB, go to Settings - LMM Meeting - middle (schedule) tab, and for each week (to be selected in the top box) select and delete the record with the extra meeting item)

Hmm, if the mobile app doens't sync correctly, it is usually a matter of logging off from Dropbox and logging on again after a minute or so.
