is there any functionality that stores the list of public speeches made locally or do you need to annotate outside the program?

I don't think it exists. Maybe it is possible to extract this info, if you (know how to) build the correct template

@Fernando, what about the list in Printing - Weekend Meeting - Worksheets?

I don't think it is a very nice list, but that is maybe what you are looking for right now. As with all things in weekend meetings: it will only show if the language of the TheocBase interface, equals the language in which the talks are defined.
