Hi!

I have a problem with the sync.

After add new user with the all steps required, he see partial program.

I tried to backup the database on his theoc with my file theocbase.sqlite and now he see the program, but at the new sync the program is deleted.

What can I do?

Thanks

Carefully check the Help file (Settings / Cloud synchronisation) to see if the Dropbox folder was shared correctly.

You share (edit - permissions!) the 'Theocbase' folder (within Apps), not the *.sqlite file. Maybe that is the issue?

I try to explain more simply.

I must add a new user. I share with him the DB folder. He accept the folder share. He log in his TB with DB. He syncronize: he see nothing.

I added 3 new users. Always the same thing. I'm definitely wrong something, but I don't know what. Sorry.

Maybe a stupid question, but do you actually synchronise?

The wording of your question suggests that maybe you expect the Dropbox file to be modified any time you modify something locally. But you have to actively synchronise.

Also I think we have 2 threads running on basically one issue. In the other one you said, that granting edit permissions in Dropbox worked for the new user. Has it stopped working? When?

I was able to synchronize using theocbase.sqlite file.

In any case, the synchronization only by sharing the Dropbox folder for a new user does not take place. What could be the problem?

Best you email your theocbase.sqlite to him, and he replaces his own.  Make sure he uses the right location.

So not via sync and Dropbox

Yes, there is the role LMM Chairman. I have flaged it. But he see only 3 publisher in casual order. Other users see all correctly.

there is no such role, I think (check Access Control) ...

Is that the assignments that he does see, or the assignments that he does not see? If something is wrong with those, he may have to check his settings

Settings, LMM Meeting, 'main' tab, find the right type of talk in the left hand column, and see if the connection in the right hand column is correct. If not, double click the value in the RH column and choose correct value from dropdown.

He will see a partial programme, if he does not have all roles. What roles does he have?
