Hello and thank you again for your wonderful work.

Just a suggestion to improve a little more software:

1) The programming of the weekend meeting schedules - they influence the programming dates of public speeches and Watchtower... The theocratic years do not follow the calendar year and to take an example where 2 or several congregations that meet in the same kingdom hall, the meeting times are changing and when you have to program a speech in October, for example, the displayed date no longer matches the day of the meeting.

(Setup - Congregation - Day / hour meetings in 2016 -> Day / hour meetings in 2017)

2) For the driver of the Watchtower, one brother may be chosen, but even when he gives a speech, the assistant conductor who leads the review of the Watchtower. In this case, it is impossible unless I am mistaken, a program assistant conductor.

Please forgive my miserable way of speaking English, I hope you understand what I wanted to express.

A thousand thank you for this very good software

Ok for point # 2, I did not say anything ... I just found how to properly set this option.

Sorry, do not take account of point 2 that I mentioned. Thank you

Are you saying that tour meeting times chance NOT on January 1? That would be a problem.

We always get instructions: either you do not change at all, or you change at January 1. So never change by the start of the service year. I suppose that instruction is what the software is based on...

I suppose the software is right, but if a congregation follows a different procedure for some reason, they would be accommodated if defining a custom time range for meeting times would be possible.

[Edit] This post is being brought to my attention again. Since I wrote this, a new memo on the use of Kingdom Halls from August 2017 specifically states (at least for this country) that meeting times can only be changed on Jan 1. It is not a matter of personal taste...

I have to agree with Marc. Congregation meeting time should change at January 1 and allowing changes to any time would be quite difficult to handle as there should then be also time window included.

I am reading this post again, and remember reading an earlier post yesterday on the same issue.

If you are faced with a congregation that changes their meeting times other than on Jan 1, and you are not in a position to help it, print everything you need until the date of the change (as PDF), then change the time in TB for the current year (this will affect previous weeks, so that is why you have to print them first) and all coming weeks. Then you can work into the future as needed.
