Something all congregations need to do is: 

Scheduels for:

Meeting for service, cleaning of KH, hosts, sound brothers, podium brothers, zoom brothers, microphone carriers, 

Wouldent that be nice if we could incorporate that in Theocbase? And have all that in the same place?

So that is my sugestion: Ad a way to make the direct in Theocbase

Yes, certainly it would be nice, if this could be implemented in TheocBase. But how?
Unfortunately, repeating or voting for requests hasn't accelerated the development, but the good news is:
This is an open source project, meaning that any developer, who is missing a certain feature, can contribute by writing the needed code.

ho scaricato i sorgenti e creato un branch\feature chiamato "otherSchedules". Se mi dai la possibilità di effettuare la push dei sorgenti, posso mostrarti una prima bozza di quello che ho fatto. Ho pensato di creare nelle impostazioni una sezione dedicata in modo che le singole congregazioni possono indicare il numero predefinito degli uscieri, microfonisti e audio\video e in futuro i gruppi delle pulizie. Inoltre ho anche creato una scheda dove vengono settati i vari fratelli ai singoli incarichi (un modo simile come facciamo per i discorsi della adunanza infrasettimanale) con l'opzione di aggiungere tramite il pulsate "+" dei eventuali fratelli in base alle esigenze. Manca da fare solo il caricamento della lista dei fratelli con l'insert e update in tabella (anche se la crud esiste già), inoltre un pò di pulizia ed eventuale correzioni del codice dato che non sono un esperto di c++ e qt (anzi è la prima volta che sviluppo con questo linguaggio quindi sono stato autodidatta al riguardo).

I have been on this forum quite some time now, and these requests keep coming. I am thinking about locking threads like these: as said, there is no use to just keep repeating this.

There are 2 additional problems: 1st: needs vary: one brother wanted to schedule an attendant, then the other said: no, no, in our branch territory we should use at least two, one inside, one outside. 2nd: every added feature needs maintenance. Keeping up with the changes in the core business of TB (the midweek meeting mainly) has been challenging enough with unexpected changes sometimes being brought from HQ, which then have to be implemented at short notice.

The note field can be used for additional local arrangements.

I second this request. I need something to help with all of those and the sound/video/attendant, too
